What is included in the room rate?

The room rate covers not only the use of the accommodation but also the following services:

• Energy consumption (water, electricity, heating or cooling depending on the season)
• Use of prepared toiletries
• Linen and towel change for stays longer than four nights
• Additional services upon request

For added convenience, guests can also use:

• Iron and ironing board
• Laundry facilities
• Shoe cleaning kit

Check-in and Check-out

Please bring the following documents upon check-in:

• Identity card, driver’s license, or passport
• Address card

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement.

Booking and Cancellation

• Reservations are confirmed with a 30% deposit.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

• Our apartment building is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.

• One secured courtyard parking space is provided per room.

• Additional cars can be parked at nearby free public parking spaces.
