On the ground floor, there are four air-conditioned, 36 m² apartments accommodating up to four guests each. Each apartment features a kitchenette, bathroom, WC, either a double bed or separate beds, and a sofa bed for extra guests. One of the ground-floor apartments is specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility, with an accessible washroom/shower.

The ground-floor apartments include the following: fridge/air conditioner, 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed for use as a double extra bed, 4 sets of bed linen, 4 sets of towels, 1 wardrobe with hangers, 1 wall-mounted coat rack, 2 side tables with reading lamps, curtains/blackout curtains, 1 window with mosquito net, 1 floor lamp, 1 TV with Telekom cable channels, and Wi-Fi access.

Bathroom amenities:

Shower/bathtub, WC, towel rack, mirror, hairdryer, liquid soap dispenser.

Kitchenette amenities:

Two-zone induction hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, complete set of cutlery and cookware for 4 people, dining table, and 4 chairs.

Additional services:

Upon request, washing machine and dryer use, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available.
